Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | 20–26 week commitment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinic-based setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in alignment with established care protocols
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent state licensure required (compact license may be accepted temporarily but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly)
- Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
- Ability to fulfill a 20–26 week contract commitment
- Must meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with clinical documentation systems and compliance standards
