Contract | Days (8-hour shifts, scheduled between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Onsite | 72 guaranteed hours biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services across a variety of units including Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Emergency Department, and Step Down, based on candidate experience and skillset
• Manage a caseload of approximately 7–8 patients per day
• Collaborate with an inpatient therapy team as part of a larger multidisciplinary care environment
• Adapt to rotating floor and patient assignments as determined during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient physical therapy experience required
• Level 1 Trauma experience OR experience in a high-acuity facility required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple inpatient units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, or Step Down
• Comfort with floating assignments and adapting to varied patient populations
