Contract | Days | 5x8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday preferred; four 10-hour days may be considered) | Weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services in an acute care setting
• Manage a caseload of more than 8 patients per day as assigned by scheduling staff
• Document patient care and progress using EPIC electronic health records
• Work assigned holiday shifts in accordance with facility holiday requirements
• May provide care for patients with infectious conditions, including COVID-19

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania PT license or Compact PT licensure — no license encumbrances accepted
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Acute care experience required
• EPIC electronic health records experience required
• AHA or ARC certifications only accepted
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates
• Candidates must be willing to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day); no more than 1 holiday off may be requested
• This is a tobacco-free and fragrance-free facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong proficiency with EPIC charting platform
• Experience managing high patient volumes in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Flexibility with scheduling and adaptability to facility staffing needs
