Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Deliver care to a geriatric and adult patient population with diagnoses including CVA, TBI, fractures, and cardiac conditions
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system to document patient care and progress
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Maintain a flexible and patient-centered approach within a 40-bed rehabilitation unit

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of California
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Ability to work day shift hours in a full-time, onsite capacity
• Open to candidates with any level of professional experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with treatment of CVA, TBI, fractures, and cardiac diagnoses
• Friendly, adaptable personality well-suited to a collaborative rehabilitation environment
