    Contract | Days | Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekends Closed | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines.
    • Design functional treatment programs that support effective patient progression toward discharge and return to community activities.
    • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals.
    • Participate in student programs as assigned, providing appropriate supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations.
    • Adhere to the state Physical Therapy Practice Act and all applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining licensure in good standing.
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure in the state of South Carolina.
    • Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience.
    • Experience in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation.
    • Experience with workers' compensation cases.
    • Ability to complete thorough clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Demonstrated experience across multiple outpatient orthopedic subspecialties.
    • Experience mentoring or supervising Physical Therapy students in a clinical setting.
    • Active involvement in continuing education and professional development activities.
