Community Stroke and Rehabilitation Center
Job Details:
• Day shift position with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend hours required
• No on-call requirements
• Work in a 40-bed free-standing inpatient rehabilitation hospital
• Patient ratio of 5:1
• Treat adult patient population including stroke, traumatic and non-traumatic brain injury, debility, amputation, non-traumatic spinal cord injury, some traumatic spinal cord injury, cardiac/pulmonary patients, and neurological disorders such as myopathy, MS, and Parkinson's
• Use equipment including Lite Gait, Biodex, and Zero-G systems
• Work within Epic electronic health record system
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
• Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana
• Required education: BS, MS, or DPT
• No float requirements
• Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs required, blue jeans not permitted
