Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday | Flexible start date; 13–26 week contract duration | Schedule options include 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a clinical setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Conduct evaluations scheduled at 1 hour and treatments scheduled at 2 per hour
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Raintree EMR
• Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with facility protocols and standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
• Ability to commit to a 40-hour guaranteed work week
• Availability for 2 evening shifts per week (until 7:00 PM)
• Completion of required pre-assignment HealthStream modules prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Raintree EMR
• Travel therapy experience with familiarity of contract-based work environments
