Provide physical therapy services to patients on an inpatient rehabilitation unit with a focus on neurological and orthopedic populations
Manage a caseload with a patient ratio of 5–6:1 on a 20-bed inpatient rehab unit
Document patient care using Epic and Nethealth EHR systems
Work one weekend per month as part of the standard schedule
Float between two facilities as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana
Experience working with adult patient populations
Minimum of 1 year of experience
This is not a compact-eligible state — a state-specific Indiana PT license is required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience
Experience treating neurological diagnoses and conditions
Familiarity with Epic and/or Nethealth EHR platforms
Flexible, adaptable personality with strong communication skills
