Key Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines
• Develop, update, and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active Oregon PT license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a rehab or therapy-focused care setting
• Prior experience supervising PTAs or Rehab Technicians
