    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned outpatient orthopedic patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Conduct 60-minute evaluations and treatments, progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
    • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals
    • Participate in student programs as assigned, providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
    • Adhere to safety protocols including safe patient handling, infection control, and workplace hazard reporting
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
    • Compliance with all state-mandated continuing education requirements
    • Ability to perform in accordance with discipline-specific state practice act and professional code of conduct
    • Competency in clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and functional goal writing for outpatient orthopedic populations
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
    • Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapy students
    • Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality initiatives
