Contract | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (reduced hours expected during holiday weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with professional standards
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to facility policies, credentialing requirements, and compliance standards, including completion of facility-specific documentation prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required (Compact licensure may be accepted at start for MD placements, however a permanent MD license must be obtained promptly; active state license required prior to start for MA placements)
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Must be available for an immediate start
• Must comply with a 30-day notice policy
• Must meet all credentialing requirements, including facility-specific documentation completed prior to assignment clearance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Experience working within outpatient orthopedic or multi-specialty clinic environments
