Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Document patient progress, treatment notes, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Dakota or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Familiarity with PACS (Patient Care Software) or similar electronic documentation systems
