Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in a home health setting across an assigned county territory (King County or Pierce County)
Maintain a productivity expectation of approximately 25 points/units per week (approximately 5 points/units per day)
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the HCHB EMR system
Oversee and supervise the work of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as applicable
Complete a 2-day in-office orientation prior to beginning field assignments
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
Prior home health experience required
Proficiency with the HCHB EMR platform required
Ability to work standard business hours, Monday through Friday
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient home visits within the assigned territory
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience supervising or working alongside Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
Familiarity with King County or Pierce County service areas
