Key Responsibilities- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients using skilled physical therapy interventions to restore function and mobility
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Accurately and timely document all therapy services in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support coordinated care
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and applicable state and federal regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active state Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to varying facility environments, schedules, and patient populations
