Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Day shift position working Monday through Friday with occasional weekends
• 2-3 weekend days required per month
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• Carry a caseload of 6-7 patients daily
• Treat adult inpatient rehabilitation patients with diagnoses including brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, amputation, cardiac conditions, and orthopedic injuries
• Work collaboratively with team to discharge patients home in a fast-paced environment with short lengths of stay
• Must be able to float to sister facilities as needed
• EHR system: UDS
• Scrub color: Any color except navy blue
• Regular hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Previous IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility) experience highly preferred; outpatient, school, or acute care only experience is not a good fit
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensed in Indiana
• Required certification: BLS

The facility offers customized, intensive rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs, specializing in stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury recovery. The hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and holds CARF accreditation for its Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program.
