Our client, a Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility (120-bed) in Harlingen, TX, is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. Full-time, 5 days per week on a flexible rota covering Monday Sunday. Core hours are 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with flexibility around start and finish times and days worked.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care
Develop appropriate plans of care following all applicable regulatory and clinical guidelines
Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with each patient's plan of care and physician orders
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders
Supervise and coordinate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) on treatment delivery and progress adjustments
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Requirements
Must-Have
Active Texas Physical Therapist license required
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
