Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including any facility-specific documentation processes prior to assignment start
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized patient treatment programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada — a permanent Nevada license is required; compact licensure alone is not sufficient and a permanent license must be obtained promptly if starting on compact
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience as a travel physical therapist
Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation settings
