PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• BLS certification required (AHA only)• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Full-time position
• Outpatient setting highly preferred
• Treat normal outpatient patient types including orthopedic, balance, deconditioned, and pain patients
• Gather pertinent data from charts and other caregivers, discussing with physicians as necessary
• Independently assess all assigned patient types
• Recognize additional needs during evaluation and exercise good judgment in decision making
• Interpret results and formulate relevant, measurable, realistic, and attainable goals
• Reassess patient progress regularly per department and regulatory policy
• Identify appropriate equipment and discuss with patients and families
• Doctorate degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required
• LPT License in the state of TX (or compact) required
