Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within an outpatient therapy clinic setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using the facility's EMR system (EPIC)
• Work independently to manage a patient caseload with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to EPIC EMR
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient clinic environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage an independent caseload efficiently
