Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within an outpatient therapy clinic setting
• Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using the facility's EMR system (EPIC)
• Work independently to manage a patient caseload with minimal supervision
• Maintain compliance with facility dress code and operational policies throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Proficiency with EPIC or comparable electronic medical records system
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient clinical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a travel or contract therapy assignment
