Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments

Required Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with a high volume of skilled patients in a SNF or LTC setting
• Familiarity with advanced rehabilitation equipment and technology, such as virtual reality systems or lite gait devices
