    Physical Therapist

    Location

    Pennsylvania | Outpatient

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Days with up to 3 evenings until 7:00 PM | Monday–Friday | Expected 40 hours/week | Days and hours negotiable | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Maintain clear, concise, accurate, and timely medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
    • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities
    • Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations as assigned
    • Adhere to the applicable State Practice Act and all regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements
    • Actively contribute to performance improvement initiatives and uphold patient and employee safety standards across all areas of clinical practice
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing (Pennsylvania licensure required)
    • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
    • Experience in orthopedics
    • Ability to perform in an ethical manner consistent with discipline-specific professional codes of conduct
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
    • Familiarity with functional quality indicator assessments and letters of medical necessity documentation
    • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education and professional organizations
