Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, credentialing requirements, and applicable regulations
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license (permanent state license required)
- Prior experience in the relevant physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
- Candidates with prior employment at this facility within the last year are not eligible for placement
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with travel or contract assignment workflows and expectations
