Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinical setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Compliance with all onboarding and documentation requirements before beginning assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with high-volume clinical settings and productivity expectations
