Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Los Angeles, CA

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a fast-paced healthcare team. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients across multiple care settings. This role requires strong clinical expertise in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Position Description:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services in settings such as Acute Care, Outpatient Clinic, Rehabilitation Hospital, and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Treat patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions, including post-operative cases
• Design and progress therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards
