Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday through Friday, Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans in alignment with facility protocols
• Document patient progress, treatment notes, and outcomes accurately using the facility EMR system (Meditech)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with facility dress code, safety standards, and departmental policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Meditech EMR
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute rehabilitation environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting
• Experience with travel or contract therapy assignments
