Contract | Travel | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
May be required to float to other units within the facility as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Kentucky
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
Acute care experience preferred to meet facility expectations
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an acute or long-term acute care (LTACH) setting
Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration in a hospital environment
Ability to adapt to floating assignments across units as needed
