Contract | Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 5x8s; clinic hours Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; two late shifts per week required

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult patients presenting with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurological conditions
• Manage an expected caseload of approximately 48 patients per week, with evaluation sessions ranging from 30–60 minutes
• Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen system, supported by purpose-built AI documentation scribe technology
• Collaborate with PEC, float, and aide support staff to deliver quality patient care
• Maintain professional appearance in accordance with business casual or athletic wear dress code guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
• Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule including two late shifts per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience treating orthopedic, sports medicine, or neurological patient populations
• Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
• Flexibility to occasionally float to a nearby clinic location as needed
