Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Manchester, NH

Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work day shifts with flexible start times between 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, ending 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• Full-time position with one weekend shift per month required (currently seeking Monday through Friday coverage)
• Handle approximately 10 patients per 8-hour day
• Work with basic rehabilitation equipment including portable parallel bars, portable stairs, Sara Stedy, ceiling lifts, and Hoyer lifts
• Use Sunrise Allscripts documentation system
• Perform evaluations and treatments for inpatient units and emergency department (NICU patients excluded)
• Daily patient assignments focused on keeping therapists on only 1-2 floors
• Weekend shifts are self-selected
• NH Physical Therapy License must be in hand at time of submittal
• BLS certification required
• Vestibular experience preferred but not required
• Acute care experience required (high volumes of cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patients)
• Scrubs required (no specific color requirement)

This 330-bed healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services with a dedicated physical therapy department. The facility maintains a collaborative team environment with experienced staff across multiple settings and offers exposure to a wide variety of patients with diverse diagnoses. The physical therapy department works closely with occupational therapy, speech therapy, and therapy directors to provide integrated patient care throughout the facility.
