Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with plan of care and clinical best practices
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (WA state license or Compact License accepted)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill a 13–26 week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
