Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Shift times vary: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM on at least two days, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM on Fridays, with remaining days flexible between 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an outpatient caseload of approximately 50–60 patients per week across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups
• Provide evaluation and treatment for a broad range of orthopedic conditions including but not limited to ACL tears, rotator cuff injuries, disc herniation, total joint replacement, and generalized low back pain
• Provide evaluation and treatment for neurological conditions including CVA, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and vestibular/vertigo disorders
• Conduct gross motor assessments and perform screening and caseload-building activities
• Deliver group and concurrent therapy sessions as appropriate
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using NextGen EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• New graduates or candidates with 1 or more years of experience will be considered
• Ability to treat patients across all age groups including pediatric through geriatric populations
• Familiarity with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses in an outpatient setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with NextGen EMR documentation system
• Experience conducting vestibular assessments and treatment
• Background in group or concurrent therapy delivery models
