Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at the facility at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Hampshire
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo badge at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and patient populations
