Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic scheduling practice
- Deliver evidence-based evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions aligned with outpatient ortho standards
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Must have prior clinical experience — new graduates are not eligible for this position
- Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Comfort working in a high-volume clinic environment with double-booking protocols
- Experience as a travel therapist or openness to first-time travel assignments welcome
