Manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients scheduled per day, with typically 8–11 seen, including 1–3 evaluations and the remainder follow-up visits
Deliver outpatient physical therapy with a primary focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
Provide care using 30- and 45-minute appointment formats
Work with geriatric and neurological patient populations in addition to orthopedic cases
Participate in a blended role with potential exposure across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings, including floating to nearby sister facilities as needed
Required Qualifications
Valid state Physical Therapist license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals accepted at a different rate)
2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
