Contract | Days (Hours Vary) | Onsite | 15-Week Assignment | Two Weekend Days Per Month (Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an acute care setting
• Evaluate and treat patients following surgical procedures
• Deliver therapy services to ICU patients as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license – must be in hand prior to start
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Acute care experience required
• Credentialing must be completed one week prior to start date
• Two weeks notice required upon assignment conclusion

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Post-surgical patient care experience
• ICU physical therapy experience
