Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and quality assurance requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license — permanent Nevada state license required; compact license may be accepted initially but permanent Nevada licensure must be obtained promptly
• Prior experience in a physical therapy outpatient or clinic setting
• Ability to meet contract quality assurance credentialing requirements
• Candidates must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation platforms
