Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday through Friday | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Adhere to facility policies, including maintaining proper identification and wearing a photo badge at all times
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of West Virginia or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to meet a 36-hour weekly guarantee
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
