Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient therapy setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and compliance requirements prior to assignment start
- Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and clinical workflows
