Travel – Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel Assignment | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an acute care and/or rehabilitation setting
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in alignment with facility protocols and care standards
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Compliance with all facility credentialing and health requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an acute care, rehabilitation, or comprehensive inpatient rehab setting
- Familiarity with CARF-accredited rehabilitation environments
- Previous travel therapy assignment experience
