Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hrs/week) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with complex medical needs
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using facility EMR system (Protouch)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Experience in an acute care setting
• Ability to work a Monday through Friday daytime schedule in an onsite LTACH environment
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment
• Familiarity with the Protouch EMR platform
• Prior travel therapy assignment experience
