Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license (permanent state license required; compact license may be accepted initially but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly)
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
Proof of license application must be provided within 5 business days of booking if licensure is pending
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
Familiarity with contract assignment documentation workflows and compliance processes
