Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Weekend coverage as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to adolescent and adult patient populations
- Participate in float coverage across applicable units as required
- Provide weekend coverage on an as-needed basis
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Maintain compliance with facility orientation requirements, including completion of required learning modules
Required Qualifications
- Valid California State Physical Therapy License — must be in hand at time of application (EMSA not accepted)
- ACLS certification — must be in hand at time of application
- BLS certification — must be in hand at time of application
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Prior travel therapy experience required — first-time travelers will not be considered
- Two (2) supervisor references required at time of application
- EPIC experience required and must be reflected in work history
- Locals are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with both adolescent and adult patient populations
- Comfort with float pool assignments across multiple units or departments
- Familiarity with facility-based module and orientation processes
