Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Port Charlotte, FL

Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services in an inpatient setting
• Work with typically 9-10 patients per day (75% productivity standard)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, and SLP staff
• Day shift position with approximately 20 PT caregivers total
• Required to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
• Use mobility equipment and Meditech EMR system
• Must have valid Florida PT license and MPT or DPT degree from accredited college or university
• Acute care experience required
• Meditech experience and ICU experience preferred
• Navy blue scrubs required for RN staff, specific scrub colors designated by department
• Park on third or fourth floor of parking garage for all shifts
• Must demonstrate collaborative, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
