Contract | Days | Typically 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM | No weekend or holiday requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat 8–10 patients per day in an outpatient setting
• Provide therapy for general orthopedic, neurological, BPPV, vestibular, and falls-related diagnoses, with a large geriatric population
• Document patient care and progress accurately using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Collaborate with PTAs and Rehab Techs as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in department-specific orientation covering environment, processes, and EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arizona
• BLS and CPR certification required
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient (OP) experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates may not have been employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating geriatric populations
• Background in vestibular rehabilitation or BPPV treatment
• Familiarity working alongside PTAs and Rehab Techs in a collaborative setting
