Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday through Friday | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established physical therapy standards and care plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or registry therapy setting
- Strong documentation and electronic medical records skills
