Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week | 20–26 week commitment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
- Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in a relevant clinical setting
- Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
- Willingness to complete any facility-required documentation outside of standard onboarding processes prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with travel or contract therapy assignments
