Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, dress code, and operational procedures as communicated during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Washington State PT license required; Compact License accepted for WA and AK
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract therapy experience
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation and treatment protocols
