Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Onsite | 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a dedicated patient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
- Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected by clinic protocol
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
- Prior clinical experience as a PT or PTA (new graduates will not be considered)
- Ability to meet established productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high-volume caseload
Preferred Experience / Skills- Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience strongly preferred
- Previous travel therapy experience is a plus, though first-time travelers are welcome to apply
