Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a general outpatient population including orthopedic, post-operative, BPPV, gait and balance, and pelvic health cases
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic scheduling practices
- Float to other clinic locations within the assigned region as needed
- Obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Kentucky or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates not accepted for this role)
- Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment
- Willingness and ability to float to other regional clinic locations as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Experience treating general orthopedic, post-operative, and vestibular (BPPV) patient populations
- Comfort with high-volume, productivity-driven clinic settings
