Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Manage an average caseload of 14–16 patients per day
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience providing physical therapy in an outpatient setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing high-volume outpatient caseloads
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
