Key Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapy license or demonstrated ability to obtain licensure
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple facility types or care settings
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration in a rehab environment
